Please understand that we do not hold on to your Mind Movie and we do not upload it to Youtube. The link to your completed personal Mind Movie is given to you only. We respect your privacy. It is up to you if you want to share that link with anyone else for them to download your movie too.

You understand that the picture quality will be similar to that of the Mind Movies you have just seen.

In order for you to be able to access and download your personal mind movie, we must have your link set to 'public' within the Mediafire file hosting system that we use. Once you have successfully finished downloading your personal Mind Movie to your computer, Just let us know and we will remove it from our systems.

Once it is deleted however, there will no longer be access to it (unless you saved yourself a copy to your computer). This information cannot be recovered from Powerful Tools 4 Life and the file hosting service that we use once it has been removed from our systems.

As soon as we receive all that we need including your payment, the movie making process will begin. Therefore we are unable to offer refunds once your payment has been received.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing us with your chosen pictures that will be incorporated into your chosen Mind Movie/s.

You will get full permission from the people that appear in the pictures you send to us. (Lets keep our friends and family happy by getting their permission first)

You agree that the pictures you send to us for uploading are not subject to copyright or privacy laws.

If you have found an image from the internet to use, you will provide us with the name of the person who owns the picture so we can give them credit for their work.

You will not impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
